Form Template

Form Rules:

1. Always Follow the Template, it will make approval easier and make your post more organized.

2. Every Form has a Disadvantage, You cannot make a form without one or it would be unfair to other players.

3. Be descriptive, good profiles come with quick and easy approvals

4. Follow the requirements for the forms, they are easy to follow so there shouldn't be any problems


Form Requirements
At this time all members will be permitted to have only 5 forms, each with their own requirements. They will be outlined here.....

First Form
You First Form may be created as soon as your Character is approved, so make sure your character is approved by a mod or admin before posting a form

Second Form
Your Second Form may be created once you hit a total of 200 Posts, Please do not spam to hit the total of post needed to create your form.

Third Form
Your Third Form may be created once you hit a total of 600 Posts, Please do not spam to hit the total of post needed to create your form. This Form may only last a maximum of 6 posts

Fourth Form
Your Fourth Form may be created once you hit a total of 1500 Posts, Please do not spam to hit the total of post needed to create your form.This Form may only last a maximum of 5 posts

Fifth Form
Your Fifth Form may be created once you hit a total of 3000 Posts, Please do not spam to hit the total of post needed to create your form.
This Form may only last a maximum of 4 posts.

Note: Dual Wielding in forms may be permitted if your character has already been approved for dual wielding by one of the administrators.
